Family Silent Disco at The Refuge

January 26th - Family Silent Disco at The Refuge - grab the fam and bring your dancing shoes! 

Blast away the January blues and join us for a boogie with your nippers in The Basement at The Refuge. 

Jan may be dark and gloomy but a silent disco in The Basement at this fantastic building is bound to put a bit of sparkle back in your life! 

With two channels of music to choose from - you decide what to listen to. Will it be kids’ pop or adults’ guilty pleasures - the choice is down to you as our headsets let you decide. 

Think Rozalla vs Little Mix, Candi Staton vs Katy Perry and One Direction vs Stone Rose plus we have our dancefloor challenges to keep you on your toes, our fancy dress up box and photo frame, dancefloor twirlers and Pom Poms - and guaranteed FUN! 

Bring your family to our community this January and make an afternoon of it at the beautiful surroundings of The Refuge - grab a drink at the bar, book to stay for lunch or dinner and have a boogie with us in the basement! 


Silent disco is in The Basement 1-2. The bar down there won’t be open so please buy any drinks from the main ground floor bar before you head down.

The event is Age 4+ although younger children are always welcome -there really is no space for buggies unless you carry them downstairs to the basement. If you have a baby sibling, please do bring a sling or carrier. 

If you want to get one of the fantastic Refuge roasts, please book a table in advance - give them a ring to secure your booking.

Paper tickets or on your phone is absolutely fine - you will need to show them at the bottom of the stairs as you head into The Basement.
