Prepare for the scare Manchester! Bring your Adams family to our Spooky Social on Sunday 28th October for frightsome antics to curdle your blood and ensure family Halloween fun all!
With our disco DJ, make do and mess, sensory area for babies, storytelling, facepainting plus silent disco and a bar we have all you need for a hauntingly good knees up with your nippers this October half term.
Dare you enter our ghoulish lair? Team OKS are bringing our annual sell out Spooky Social back to South Manchester and you are all invited - if you are brave enough to party Our Kids Social style!
Adventure Babies South Manchester will be creating Room on the Broom sensory play for our littlest fright seekers with a space just for those aged 0-18 months.
We will of course have one of our dynamic DJs pumping out vinyl classics in the Ball Room plus our two channel silent disco headsets with Britpop vs kids’ pop - what will you choose tonight listen to? The choice is yours! Come and show the kids how it’s done on the dancefloor - Monster Mash, Time Warp - it's time to get your freak on!
OKS fav - Professor Jigget will be back with his one and only shadow puppet television. What’s it showing? Well only the finest, spookiest folkloric tales. Expect witches, magic, heroes and... chicken feet? Well, there’s gonna’ be nonsense now isn’t there?! All showings are accompanied by live music form Maurice Mudd!
Super talented Neon Tiger Face Paint and Pie Face will be ready to make you look awesomely gruesome - not just for kids, and we of course welcome fancy dress.
Made on the Sofa will have devilishly delicious homemade cakes for sale and of course there will be the bar!
With a seating and tables in the Ball Room or Main Bar you can relax with a glass of fizz or a beer and watch the fright show below. We guarantee something for all ages at this devilish event.
With our thriller-limbo-danceathon, ghoulish family photo frame for Spooktacular pics, and more besides, this is the only social event to be at this Halloween.
Fancy dress is welcome for all ages and we will have all of the usual OKS goodness but with a ghostly, gruesome twist.
Grab your cape, fix in your fangs, don't forget your skeletons - we can't wait to see you all for what promises to be a Spoooktacular afternoon!
Everyone coming to this event needs to buy a ticket, pre walkers are free but you must buy a free ticket for them.
